The University of South Florida College of Nursing (USF CON) selected Morning Star Interactive to assist them with Internet web design, development and implementation within a content management solution. The content tool provided their staff with the ability to maintain and update their site.

USF CON specified Microsoft's content management system and our team took on the responsibility of redesigning their web site to incorporate its requirements. A simple, intuitive design was created using color coding methods to easily separate the different categories of information for the user. Template layouts were designed and then built as web pages using the content management system. Each layout represented a page level on the site, thus limiting the number of clicks for users to reach specific information. Content managers are now able to access a secure development site from any computer and edit content for timely updates as needed.

Our team maximized the content management features through specialized coding. For instance, we incorporated hyperlinks on locked areas of the template pages, a functionality not implemented before with the system. The use of a content management solution did not compromise the site features. We were able to incorporate rotating images, quotes and marketing messages.
