APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT: Morning Star Interactive, Inc. assisted Level 10 with the development of a unique, HIPAA capable software solution which offers eye care professionals a truly paperless office in compliance with government regulations.

We participated in a two week meeting at a California eye care clinic to determine their needs and analyze how the software should work within each department. We produced a set of use case documents based on the information received.

To meet an aggressive project deadline, an accelerated development methodology was used and a highly talented team assembled. We depended on Internet technology, such as WebEx to accommodate software application reviews and an extranet to coordinate the development and communication between team members across the nation.

Morning Star Interactive worked to develop a highly intuitive interface, minimizing the learning curve of each department. Focus testing was conducted in a live test environment and functionality refined. The result is an easy-to-use system that exceeded customer expectations.
