CORPORATE TRAINING: The goal of Kraft Foods' D.R.O.P. II
training program was to educate their sales staff on the details of an
implemented corporate process and encourage their participation.
Morning Star Interactive incorporated graphics, animation, narrative
voice-over and video to communicate the key messages and demonstrate the
process. The user's learning was then assessed in a test of multiple choice
format.
The program was distributed on CD-ROM which contained printable
documentation and tutorials related to the subject matter.
Morning Star Interactive, Inc. collaborated with partner, Cotelligent, on
this project. Cotelligent has developed software applications for Kraft
Foods.
