APPLICATION TRAINING: Morning Star Interactive developed a series of training CDs for Kraft Foods.

We created two training programs for Kraft's ez-Serv Plus web site. One program was for Kraft's sales force and the second for Kraft's customers. Each program was developed to target the specific type of user and educate them on site functionality and features.

The training solutions incorporated graphics, animation, narrative voice-over and video to communicate the key messages and demonstrate site functionality.

The CD-ROMs contained printable documentation and tutorials related to the subject matter.

Morning Star Interactive, Inc. collaborated with partner, Cotelligent, on this project. Cotelligent has developed software applications for Kraft Foods.
