Holt Caterpillar Company in Texas requested development of an interactive survey for collecting, sorting and analyzing valuable data from their customers. Morning Star Interactive determined a kiosk would be the ideal delivery platform and would provide an opportunity to enhance the user's experience with video clips and music. Our solution included the custom software application, interface graphics, video, animation, kiosk design and hardware.

After initial delivery, Holt Caterpillar returned to Morning Star Interactive for the production of a bilingual program incorporating the Spanish language.

The kiosk was so successful, other Caterpillar dealerships wanted to implement it. In order to customize the kiosk program for each facility, Morning Star Interactive developed an utility which provides designated individuals the ability to configure screens, customize surveys and make updates. To aid in the review of survey responses, the data was written to a flat text file which could be imported into a Windows compatible database for analysis.
