We incorporated Flash animation as a page element in our design of CIBER Technologies' Internet site. The animation provided an additional opportunity to engage the user and promote key marketing messages. We used an easy one-step click method to quickly access site content. Our objective to encourage an immediate response from users was achieved by providing three easily identifiable ways of contact on each page.

Morning Star Interactive also partnered with Ciber on projects for their clients. We were able to help them extend service offerings in new media areas to meet their customer demands.
