Morning Star Interactive incorporated financial information, investment guidelines and property listings into The Fountains Internet site created for Pacific Gulf Properties. 

The site opened with a splash screen to entice the user's interest. The images changed upon user's return visits.

Property listings included floor plans and interactive views of the rooms using 3D models. The user could select to see the models furnished or unfurnished.
