Feb 2002- Roberts Communications enlisted the expertise of Morning Star Interactive, Inc. to create an Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant website for Tampa's electric streetcar project. The TECO Line Streetcar System website provides:

Roberts Communication developed the graphic design and page layout and MSI provided ADA compliant (U.S. Section 508 Guidelines) consulting and programming services.
