At MSI, we practice what we preach:  Use technology to improve our lives! Technology presents endless opportunities and options to the work environment.  The physical location of individuals is not as important as it was in the past.  With the use of internet and intranet sites, video conferencing, and other tools, our team and our clients can easily conduct business from anywhere in the world.

Our main office, nestled on a fresh water lake North of Tampa, Florida, provides great inspiration and insight to our staff and our clients.  Exotic wildlife abounds in this beautiful setting, keeping our creativity and energy levels high.

MSI provides a variety of work environments for its employees and partners. While a core fulltime staff is always available at our main office, many employees choose to work the majority of time from their homes via the internet.  Our virtual work environments allow us to choose where, when, and how we wish to work.  Additionally, this provides time for family and other important aspects of life.  We believe that this "quality of life" is reflected in our work.

This environment also extends to our customers, and it is not unusual for an entire project to be designed and completed without the client and production team ever meeting physically.  We have successfully established long term relationships with many clients using this type of virtual connection.

Conversely, Project Teams can be rapidly assembled and deployed to customer locations to facilitate the development of projects.  Example: Compaq Computer asked Morning Star Interactive to develop a presentation for a major proposal effort.  We quickly responded by sending a team of experts and equipment to their New York office and completed the project by working around the clock over a three day period.  Compaq was extremely pleased with our ability to respond and deliver under such a tight deadline, especially since the presentation resulted in a major win for Compaq.
